Shipping Rates
Jeweler's Cut offers FREE shipping for all orders. Items will be shipped by UPS Ground. Expedited or Overnight Shipping is available at purchaser's expense.
Packages shipped to the state of Alabama are required to add 8.5% sales tax.
Shipping rates include insurance, handling fees, and contractual agreements which we have obtained from UPS.

Orders
Online orders are usually shipped within two business days from No Credit Check Jewelry approval or Credit card purchases.
Return & Exchange Policy
Jewelerscut.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item (except non internet special orders) for refund within 3 days from receiving your shipment. You can exchange your item up to 30 days from receiving it.
How to return an order:
Request a Return Authorization Number: To generate an RA (return authorization) number. Call us at 800-813-8803. We will email you return instructions and a RA#. Merchandise must be received into our facility with in 10 days of jewelercut.com emailing customer RA#.
Return Process
jewelerscut.com will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent for a full credit or exchange. Returns take approximately 1 business day to process upon receipt of the item. jewelerscut.com will refund or exchange for the full amount of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges.
Required Conditions of Return or Exchange
Packages without a return authorization number(RA#)will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Return items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from jewelerscut.com within 3 days from receipt of item. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund.
Exchange items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from jewelerscut.com within 30 days from receipt of item. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for exchange.
